Mamahuhu is Chinese-American food we’re proud to eat. Founded by James Beard Award–winning chef Brandon Jew and friends, we carry forward the roots of Chinese-American cuisine with fresh takes on the classics. It all starts with good ingredients – organic when we can, always carefully sourced, always tasty. What began as three friends obsessed with potstickers and Sweet & Sour Chicken grew into restaurants and community. At the end of the day, we just cook the way we know best: simple, thoughtful, and delicious.
