27 Miles Malibu is opening a new boutique at Town & Country Village in Palo Alto, and we are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder to join our growing team.
27 Miles Malibu is a California luxury lifestyle brand specializing in elevated women’s and men’s apparel, luxury knitwear, cashmere, curated accessories, and our Italian made-to-measure tailoring division.
We are looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building genuine client relationships, and takes pride in creating a personalized luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling for both women’s and men’s collections
- Build long-term client relationships through clienteling, follow-up, and wardrobe consultation
- Assist customers with ready-to-wear selections, special orders, and made-to-measure appointments
- Learn and support our Italian tailoring program, including fabric selection, styling guidance, and luxury client service
- Support daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, inventory, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation
Ideal candidate:
- Previous retail, fashion, luxury, or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for fashion, styling, and helping clients build their wardrobe
- Menswear, tailoring, suiting, or made-to-measure experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and a warm, client-focused personality
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Compensation & Perks:
- $25–$35/hour based on experience + sales commission opportunities
