Cotelac: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a full-time assistant manager to join our fashion forward, driven, dynamic team.
– 1+ years of relevant experience in fashion retail
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
-Ability to hire, train, develop and retain a sales team
-Outstanding customer service skills including experience with developing client relations and maintaining a client file
-POS system experience and proficiency on the computer
-Open availability including weekends and holidays
-Manage the day to day operations of the store
-Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales goals
-Demonstrate leadership and lead by example
-Uphold high standards of customer service and clienteling
-Hire, train, develop and retain a high performing sales team, ensuring that all employees are fully trained and up-to-date with selling techniques and product knowledge
-Manage and monitor inventory including receiving merchandise and transferring merchandise between stores
-Manage and maintain merchandising standards
-Execute store management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager
-Actively participate in the evolution of the brand
This is a salaried position that includes commission, clothing allowance, and health insurance after a 90 day introductory period.
