The Humboldt Fog Rangoon is a crispy fried wonton filled with Cypress Grove’s iconic Humboldt Fog goat cheese and scallions, served with Mamahuhu’s house Sweet & Sour Sauce made with pineapple juice and hawthorn berry for a naturally fruity, balanced pairing. Created in collaboration with Cypress Grove Creamery, this limited-time item runs November 13th – 30th at Mamahuhu Palo Alto.
On Saturday, November 15th, Cypress Grove will be popping up outside of Mamahuhu (suite 75) to sample some of their favorite cheeses from their lineup in celebration of the collaboration. Come say hi!
