
Join us at Telefèric Barcelona to celebrate the reopening of their restaurant, reimagined and ready to begin a new era. The Barcelona-based restaurant will reopen its doors with a new look, authentic Spanish pintxos and paella favorites, and the same heart that made it a local favorite.


Rediscover the restaurant’s signature tapas and paellas with a refreshed California twist, crafted by Executive Chef Oscar Cabezas. The menu includes noteworthy tapas like Patatas Bravas and Croquetas along with shareable plates like Pulpo Telefèric (Galician grilled octopus with pimentón potato purée) and Jamón Ibérico de Bellota (38 month cured Iberian acorn fed ham). Signature paellas include Lobster Paella and Paella Negra, made with squid ink and a mix of shrimp and octopus.

COCKTAILS, SANGRIAS & SPANISH WINE
Cocktails include Telefèric’s signature gin and tonic menu with combinations like the Ibiza
(butterfly pea tea gin, kaffir, orange peel, juniper, and fever-tree tonic) or the Catalan
(botanical gin, grapefruit, rosemary, juniper, and fever-tree tonic). Guests can choose from a
wide range of premium Spanish wines, from Albariño to Garnacha. Sangrias will also be a focus
of the beverage program, like the Barceloneta Sangria, infused with prickly pear juice and
cava, or the Telefèric Sangria, made with red wine blend and brandy, mixed with orange and
apple juice.
