Gott’s Roadside is welcoming fall with the debut of the Mushroom Swiss Burger, a brand new seasonal special built on savory umami flavor. Two Cream Co. beef patties are layered with Swiss cheese, sautéed cremini and oyster mushrooms, and garlic mayo on a butter-toasted egg bun (also available as a single). Pair it with a glass of red from Gott’s by-the-glass wine menu for the kind of unhurried, elevated-casual meal Gott’s does best.
Also returning for the season: Waffle Fries with garlic mayo and crispy shallots, and fan-favorite Pumpkin Shake, hand-spun with organic vanilla ice cream and house-made spiced pumpkin.
