🧧
While you wait for your thoughtfully-made calligraphy piece, Mamahuhu will be passing out samples of their Tomato Garlic Chow Mein and custom-made red envelopes with a surprise inside!

“In Chinese culture, long noodles are a symbol of longevity. Around Lunar New Year, dishes like chang shou mian, or longevity noodles, show up on the table as a way of wishing for a long, healthy life in the year ahead. The tradition is simple and literal. Longer noodles, longer life. You don’t cut them if you can help it.
To send everyone into the new year with good fortune, we’ll be handing out samples of our Tomato Garlic Chow Mein. We put vegetables front and center here. Fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic chives, onions, and peppers get tossed with fried tofu, crispy fried garlic, and a sweet-savory tomato gravy. Everything hits the wok hard to build wok hei, that smoky, just-kissed-by-fire flavor.” -Mamahuhu
